Instructions for observations are changing MONTHLY.  It is very important to review your visit details and reports when scheduling your observation and prior to going to an observation.

Before you schedule Seminar Evaluations please click on, "View visit details or accept/ decline...."  to view the presenter.  If you have previously observed the presenter, please do not schedule the seminar but look for a presenter that you have not observed.  

You must hit the "Save My Work For Now" button every 15 minutes to avoid being timed out and losing your typed work.
