Please do not fill out your reports in all capital letters.

Disable any pop up blockers while typing your report.  If you leave the report, save it and then go back to it.  These steps will make sure you do not get timed out and lose information.

Please be sure to  SAVE  your report while you are typing it  AND  prior to submitting it.
